Children have the greatest potential of achieving mastery when their work is scaffolded by more competent peers and knowledgeable others (Vygotsky, 1929). "Excellence emerges when passion and practice begin to dance in a time signature where the rhythm is filled with purpose, intentionality and pride", (Simpson, 2026). This process is often enriched by intergenerational alliances and multicultural experiences. Creating supportive environments for youth is crucial for their development, as it allows them to flourish through their passion, commitment, and active participation. By fostering their growth, we can lay the groundwork for their future success. This process starts with identifying and nurturing their interests from an early stage, thus ensuring they have the opportunity to reach their full potential. Nurturing, motivating and caring help  creativity blossom to its full potential.
